  My pleasure Stan.  I figured I should write from my own experience, of 
what I learned in the swamp growing up.  I actually caught crawfish by 
scooping them off Hyacinth, over my shoulder, and into the boat.  I also, 
almost had my hand bitten off by an alligator gar.  It got that crawfish 
first.  I'll never forget that toothy mouth snaping down.
