Your descriptions look pretty accurate to me.  I think the water
blast of the smaller two should do some minor amount of damage.
I seem to recall various opponents getting knocked around or put
out of fights by the water.

All the water blasting damage might be considered similar to 
'brawling' damage--i.e., temporary.  It could perhaps be treated
as fatigue.
