Whenever combined ST loss is enough to reduce ST to 0, the character
dies. I believe this dangerousness of magic use adds flavor to the
game, and was the intent of the designer. I _don't_ have characters die
if they've been chopping wood and then take damage, 'normal' fatigue
isn't fatal.
