(TFT) Troglodyte?

In the specific examples listed for languages in Cidri there seems to
be an anomaly. Troglodyte is listed, but doesn't appear anywhere in the
Floura and Fauna section. Does this mean that smelly cave dwellers of any
race have their own language in common, or that the language is kept alive
to honor an extinct race?
