Psionic Rules? I'd very much like to see those!

	Sorry not ready for prime time. (They 
need a serious reworking.)

How do you determine the +/-5 ?

	I rolled 2d6 and subtracted 7. However
This tended to give most values very close to 
the standard.  I think a better version would
be to roll 1d11 and subtract 6.
