That's true, but remember that the TFT character sheet isn't suppossed to
list list *everything* the character can do. It's only suppossed to list
*everything there are rules for*. 

Everything else is roleplaying. 

If someone wants to say they've never driven before, they might make a
really funny "Joe Pesci" type scene that ought to be worth some roleplaying
EP.  Otherwise they can do whatever makes sense within the roleplaying
background they've given you.
