Publish the 3 books in one book - similar to the "Classic Traveller"
reprints. Perhaps putting Steve Jackson's Designer Notes/Errata in an
appendix just to add value. 

This would be purely a money-maker. A cheap copy to get finances going and
to see if the market is interested. After that, go the 'open liscence'
rout, allowing other people to make money on adventures and supplements.

Then do a "Revised" edition that is reindexed and updated to be made into a
simple generic game system. 

After that look around for cheap liscensing tie-ins, ala "Ghost Dog".
Liscenses that would provide name recognition but would be inexpensive to
acquire...

That would be my plan....
