There are online index's for ITL, AM, AW and the three books combined on my 
TFT Codex 2000 website: http://www.loran.karoo.net/tft

They are text files, you are welcome to copy, use, amend or add to them. I 
keep a print of them in the front of my TFT rule books. If you would like to 
suggest additions or amendments I will be happy to put them online.

Also, I would really like to see the original TFT rules made available again.

Are the Errata and Designers Notes online ?
