(TFT) Material Benefit

I started this talent for a TFT/Traveller game but realized it could have
many other benefits. I was wondering what people thought of it?


MATERIAL BENEFITS (Personal, IQ, 1 CP, hiwg/dp) Often the GM will allow
players to purchase additional equipment that allows them an advantage that
most NPCs are not allowed in the campaign world. These are allowed to be
purchased as powers as follows. The character point (CP) cost of material
benefits is reduced by 1 pt. each if the character's rank is 5+, or if the
character's terms served is 5+ (unless the cost is already 1 pt.).
Boats Each 1 CP may have 120 Build CP and may construction as many or as
few boats as desired
Cash Benefits Worth  $1,000 (1 CP) to $100,000 (12 CP)
House 1 CP Whether its an old family estate or just a rented flat, theres
always a roof over your head  usually one not far from the action. Once
per session while you are in a major city, you may make use of a private
house you own. At a bare minimum there are enough beds and couches for you
and the rest of the team to sleep on, a garage, plenty of food for a couple
of nights, a TV, phone service, and really thick curtains. Houses contain
nothing else unless additional budget or gadget points, or field expenses,
are spent to purchase the contents desired.
Retirement Pay Worth  $1,000 (1 CP) to $100,000 (12 CP)
Robot Each 1 CP may built a custom Robot for 20 BP
Safe Houses 1 CP. You only need to purchase this talent once and you are
considered to have a place to crash in every major city in the world. You
may make up the locations and details of these safe houses as the game
progresses, though the GM may overrule you at any time, describing a safe
house as he wishes. 
Sentimental Items Weapon/Watch/Instruments/Kits, 1 CP
Starship Ownership 100 tons, 5 CP.; +100 tons, +2 CP
Starship Passage Low, 1 pt.; Middle, 2 pt.; High, 3 CP
Traditional Weapons  Battle Dress, an Energy Sword and a Glider Pack 1 CP
Travelers' Aid Society membership 5 CP
