hard 		(-4)
very hard	(-8)
difficult	(-12)
very difficult (-16)
ridiculously difficult	(-20)

	However I probably wouldn't bother with these
terms.  I would just say, "Well, kicking down that
heavy door is really tough, -25 to ST.  No? Well
if you use a battering ram, you're still at -25 ST
but you can add everyone's ST together."

	In other words, don't bother with the terms, 
just use the modifiers directly.
