(TFT) Everyone needs a d18 & d14

Hi Matt, everyone,

	Your formula Matt won't work, as it will only
generate numbers evenly divisible by 2 in the range
2 to 12.

	Try:

(1d6-1)*3 + 1d3	= 1d18



The best I can think of for d14 is:

(1d8 -> reroll on 8's) with a d6 for high / low.  = 1d14
