Re: (TFT) Forest Lords of Dihad

Keep in mind that the glossy books were packaged without boxes; any rules
that came in a box were a later edition printed on plain paper; formerly,
they packaged everything (including other Metagaming games such as Ogre,
GEV, Sticks and Stones, etc) in plastic bags.

There ARE different printings of the various rules sets. I think Melee and
Wizard went through at least two each, possibly more. Even the TFT books (A.
Melee, A. Wizard, and ITL) went through different printings with subtle
changes (at least the colour of the lettering on the cover changed, from
yellow to red).

I'm not sure when Metagaming switched from plastic bags to boxes, but only
their early stuff can be found in bags (example: only Death Test is
available in a bagged format - DT2 was only found boxed, to my knowledge).

BTW finding the boxes in Too new a condition is not uncommon - sometimes
stuff comes up that has been in a warehouse for many years and has never
seen use.
