That is some strange stuff.  The website looks to be a work in
progress (I hope), and I've never heard of the things he
lists as being published in 'Volume II' of The Space Gamer:

Issue 1 - Featured Game Battle Born - Science Fiction Free-Style Role-Play(tm)
Issue 2 - Featured Game Rogue Swords of the Empire - Fantasy Free-Style Role-Play(tm)
Issue 3 - Featured Game Good Guys Finish Last Free- Comic Book Free-Style Role-Play(tm)
Issue 4 - Featured Game Stuff of Legends - Mythical Action Duo-Play Game(tm)
Issue 5 - Featured Game Guardians of Sol - High-Tech Police Investigations in ERA TEN(tm).

Issue 7 - Featured Game Villains Finish First! - Playing the Comic Book Bad Guy.
