(TFT) Questions on HTH combat

All,
	the list *was* quiet. Too quiet.
	I'm sure these are old and well-resolved issues, but I didn't hear
the resolution.

1) When entering HTH combat, do you attempt to enter (and knock down your
opponent) during movement or in order of DX during actions? If during
movement, does that imply that you can beat a pole-weapon user by just
running up and jumping on him? That doesn't seem right.
	Compromise I'm playing by right now is: charge-attacks using HTH
can go right onto the target's hex and knock the target down during the
movement phase *if* the attacker comes from side or behind. However, if the
attacker enters one of the target's *front* hexes, he is engaged and ends
movement there. In this case, the HTH attempt is made during actions, in
order of DX, after pole-weapon attacks.

2) When disengaging from HTH, do you make the 4-die roll against your adjDX
*including* the +4 for being in HTH, or against your adjDX *excluding* that
bonus?
