Nope, don't mind at all.  Feel free to get whatever mileage you can
out of it.  :)  You'd have to limit the ability of the tree, however ...
say it can lend a certain amount of ST per day depending upon its age
and general health... and put a radius of effect on it as well.   Might be
nice for creating a Lothlorien kind of place.

Mmmm....dwarves might be able to do something similiar with a
'Mountain Heart' kind of thing.
