It'd interesting to know, but again, I think that it's
more relevant to consider what the chance is that something
weapon-endangering will occur during 5 seconds of no-hold-
barred combat, rather than single swings. Things besides
ordinary blows occur in combat, and abuse can destroy
most weapons pretty easily.

Though, some are tougher than others. A tetsubo (solid
iron staff) probably isn't going to get broken easily.
But a sword that gets caught the way of one will, and
such could happen in the course of an opponent's attack.
As could any number of other accidents.
