Thank you for explaining.

Regretably, I do not have the passwords to the pdf files on my TFT website.  
They were sent to me by various people, without passwords.

Therefore, I presume, neither you nor anyone else will be able to make OCR 
copies of the pdf files that are currently posted on my website.  Instead, 
the only way to make OCR copies will be from scratch or from pdf's that are 
not password protected.
