John did!  I found someone to host the downloads, the artwork and the 
historical data.  I'm leaving it up this person on how to present those 
materials (i.e., site design, etc.).  I also found that several other people 
were willing and desirous of hosting those materials, which was generous of 
them and humbling to me and for which I thanked them.
