I love the idea!  Make dang sure the corporation is NOT any single person's
alter ego, though, say with a widely held ownership, board of directors and so
on.   Make the corporation a non-profit for sure also!  One non-profit then
becomes the official "keeper of the book" of TFT, a second one handles a new
system.

What about setting up a non-profit limited-liability corporation to do it?
Or is that a trick that only the corporatocracy is allowed to use?
