Okay all.

I've got a writing project that is nearing compleation and another that just picked up steam.

I've been doing this TFT stuff, and to cap it off, I've got some other media projects that are actually moving forward.

Oh yeah, Gamestorm is weekend after next.

And I'm hitting a stride with the TFT stuff NOW?

Ceptin I've got a few decades under my belt in dealing with that moron and my methods have been quite effective over the last few years.
I'm thinking I can keep him on the path long enough to get a Campaign outta all this.

So if y'all don't see me for a few weeks, it's cause I got hooked.

One of the hardest things for me to do is to get started on a project.
Of course the hardest thing for me to do is to stop once I've gotten started.

I'm too old to skip meals and sleep like I used to, and I'm SERIOUSLY considering climbing up the coastals and staying up there for a week or two.
It's not like I haven't hermited before, and that was years.
It's better if you've got mountains.

If you think that's crazy, guess what I'm spending a few weeks on at the end of summer?
I'm getting a horse.
I've been car free since '03 and I'll be damned if I get one now.
Ergo, I'm going the way that all the apocalipse/Road Warrior flicks miss.
I'm going back to horses.

Absorbant, such as sawdust (add chile saltpeter, sodium nitrate [NaNO3])
Saturate in Nitroglycern [C3H5(NO3)3]
Wrap in craft paper with fuse and you've got dynamite.

Saltpeter is Potassium Nitrate [KNO3]
KNO3 + C + S = Gunpowder
Proportions are around 75% Saltpeter, 15% charcoal (Carbon), and 10% Sulfur.

Notice the relationship between Carbon and Nitrates here.
This is what I'd like to use as a model to structure magical components.

I'd been concerned about providing info for IED's but I don't give NEARLY the details I could, and I saw a Nat Geo the other night where the Bereats were pissing and moaning about IEDs being a cowards way to fight.

This struck me as such a phenomally pussy thing to say that I could care less if someone figures out how to make an effective device outta info what I pulled from the Dictonary for something compleatly unrelated.

This prick wasn't drafted.
He was standing on ground that wasn't his.
He was shooting at people who lived there.
But he had the NERVE to call them names for fighting back?
This tells me that if your ever up against the US Government, IED's are VERY effective.
Ergo, a fricking Greenie bitching like a Redcoat during the Revolution.
Scheese, we didn't even have bodyarmour 30 years ago.

The future ain't in this place if the young 'uns got attitudes like THAT.

Take it for what it's worth, but I'z a sniper in the 82nd durring the late 80's and I complited RIP so I've got bitching rights on this and if you don't like it then I'd suggest you and you people come on and shut me up.
But, seeing as NOBODY in a possistion to actually do something like that actually has the moral fortitude to send their OWN kids to do the dirty work, I suggest you at least send bachlors because I'm taking an honor guard.

My apologies to our more sensitive members, but this screed was polite compaired to how badly that one pissed me off.

They might as well start letting Women in the Special Forces.
