For tables and maps that are coming to the list, I recommend that you
compose the mail in plain text (HTML formatting and fonts are stripped
out anyway), and don't rely on the line wrapping of the mail tool to
set the line lengths.  Using plain text gets you using a fixed-width
font, which will better show how the message will look when sent to the
list.
