(TFT) TFT Codex update

I updated my TFT Codex page today.
Nothing new added but a couple of established websites have disappeared.

Ty Beard's site: www.reese.org/tft/ has vanished into the aether.

Erol Bayburt's World of Etan and his Private Edition rules have disappeared along with all of AOL's homepages: http://members.aol.com/erolb1/etan.html

If anyone knows where these are now, I would be happy to post a link to them, or any other TFT related online resource.

I seem to have mislaid my copies of Advanced Melee and Advanced Wizard. I found the blue hold-all I use for my TuFTy stuff and my copies of AW & AM weren't there. I don't think I've lost them but I just can't remember where I put them. Last time I remember seeing them was before we moved house 18 months ago. I must have put them somewhere safe.
