In the Army they instructed us that you could not use a rocket launcher, phosporus grenade or other such items designed to destroy tanks or equipment on people. This was deemed a breach of the same "unnecessary force" rule as it is written into the Geneva Convention. So, they taught us to aim for weapons harnesses, belt harnesses, backpacks.. you know.. equipment, whenver aiming our RPG at a person.
