A roll of 52-54 gets Table E3
 
 
 
On Table E3 a roll of  81-85 equals Javelins of Lightning
 

 
So work backwards
 
81-85

but first 52-54
 
so he rolls till he's on table E3

then he rolls faster for an 81-85.
 
Got it!
Javelins of Lighting.
Write that down.
