Reverse Missiles, Magic Rainstorm, Darkness, Wall, Fire
One thing about inaccurate firearms is that it wouldn't exactly
modeled by a DX penalty, since DX penalties can be overcome by
skill, and if the problem is that they are unpredictably inaccurate,
then skill doesn't help that.

I like the idea of someone with a powder horn getting hit with a
lightning or fire spell. Spellcasters should be rare in most
people's lives, but adventurers encounter them a lot.
