Sorry, but the moon doesn't have a permanent twilight zone. Because it (mostly) keeps the same face toward Earth, it has a day with respect to the sun. That's part of the problem, right? With a month-long day, plants are either in the sun for days at a time, or dark for days at a time. Not so good for terrestrial flora.
