There's almost enough information in the pictures for the intrepid designer to make their own copy.
Unless I miss my guess, the 16 pages of maze tiles all look the same.  You have the counter
sheet, a couple of pages from the rules ... almost everything you need.

Looks like it would be a sweet score if someone found it in a thrift shop or similar venue.
