Yes. 

Personally I don't play TFT enough to remember which exact variation on charging rules (or whatever) from the original, advanced, or some house rule/errata/magazine article I preferred. 

Having a living document with rules clarifications, errata incorporated, fixed "broken" things or even a list of alternatives (if there is no one clear winner), would be very beneficial.

Heck, it wouldn't even need to be a full re-write, it could really just be a comprehensive errata type thing.
