I don't see that as a problem. The game breaks (or at least changes
radically) if a superscript is so useful lots of people take it (true for
fST for wizards and mIQ for lots of people). If it's not useful, or very
rarely useful, then it becomes irrelevant but not harmful. A few scout
characters would probably like to take some pIQ, the question is whether
they should be allowed to or not. I'm pretty sure a bit would be OK but I'm
unsure if they should be allowed to take it by the bucket load.
