OK.
I don't think it makes much sense .. seems like there should be a minimum IQ to believe an illusion
But I guess you can argue the matter both ways.

Animals don't intentionally disbelieve, but on first contact they get a 3vsiq for natural illusions and a 2vsIQ for dragons and less natural things. If it's a pack they still only get one roll but against the average IQ of the pack.
