Yep!  Definitely center to center.  (The dots in the center of the hexes are there to help with that too -- it's a hold-over from some of the popular wargames of the day (the early 80's) which had LOS rules much more clearly spelled out than they ever were in TFT -- things like Advanced Squad Leader, Panzerblitz, and so on...)

I tried an intro to TFT but since i havent played it in a couple years forgot how its played. 

where do  you spot line of sight from? center to center? or 2 corners to 1 corner(decent reference)?
