(TFT) TFT components

I've picked up a couple of used TFT items and was wondering if they're missing any essential components.....

Death Test 2 - All I've got is the book.  Did it come with any counters or a map?

Treasure of the Silver Dragon - I've got a book and a map.  Is there supposed to be a counter sheet?  It doesn't mention any on the box.
