(TFT) TFT Halloween

I've been thinking about the traditional halloween figures (ghosts,
witches and vampires in particular) and how they are represented in
TFT.

TFT:ITL describes these things to some degree (except witches), but
it seems to me that it doesnt go quite far enough, especially in 
the case of a vampire.

I'd think that the vampire ought to be able to gain some innate
abilities, such as being able to shapeshift into a "body of mist",
a bat or a wolf (perhaps each requiring a different talent or
spell) and being able to command a body of rats and such.

anyone else have any ideas on this?
