(TFT) Berserk? Talent or Handicap?

Berserk in TFT has always bothered me. 

First it is 'free'. All you need do is convnce the GM to allow you this
'extra' ability. 

Second, it has such obvious advantages - and is so easy to get out of that
it seems more of a benefit than a hindrance. 

So I'd like to make it either a Talent (6/1) or a Handicap (1 pt) but I
can't decide which. Any thought?
