No, not really. You dont need costs, but when we talk about a 36-pt
character we know about how powerful that is. I'd like to have a 36-pt

It's hard enough to keep characters alive in TFT that if I could help GM's
make better balance decisions about their monsters I'd like to...

No, I defintely wouldnt be using the costs as a "limiting" factor - GMs
should be able to make whatever monsters they want. But at the same time I
remember the bad-old D&D days when GM's would create invincible,
acid-spitting, shapechanging abominations with no consideration on how
powerful those creatures would be against a party of players. Associating a
"Cost" to talents, might make that easier.

Yeah, but as a GM, I wouldn't mind if the monster book gave me a price list
and I adjusted it for my world. But I'd feel pretty cheated if they just
left the job to me!
There are some good ideas! Thanks, I'll keep them around for when I'm at
that stage....
Currently doing the "V" monsters!
