(TFT) Instant NPC's

Hi all,
	For a while I had a box of index cards each with an
NPC on it. When I wrote up an NPC for some reason it 
went on an index card. When that NPC died, I would add
to the card / change a few details and throw it in the box.

	After many years of GMing I stopped using my box.
I found I was just building the NPC's on the spot.
