(TFT) IQ: Skills v. Perception

I believe the biggest problem with the characteristic of IQ in TFT is the
areas it covers both talents/skills and perception (3dIQ, etc...).  I
believe that IQ is a mixture of intelligence and mostly life experience.
The problem stems from the fact that perception rolls are made against IQ.
Perception is a combination of intelligence and a person's sensory ability.
Perhaps, all perception rolls must be made against original IQ and then
create a scaled perception talent, much like the idea for UNARMED COMBAT
I -V, that gives bonuses to the IQ roll for perception.  This is just an
idea.
