Jim,

This chart is from Space Gamer #54 (August, 1982 or a long time ago).  It
was written by Richard A. Edwards.  As he states the chart was meant "to
liven up the game in unpredictable ways."  Oh! by the way OOPS! is a roll of
18+, which causes a rift to open and a demon appear to attack you.
