(TFT) Liabilities for a Golden Unicorn

Hi all,
	I have a question that the legal eagles might be able to 
answer.  If a corporation or non-profit organization were to buy
the rights to TFT from Howard Thompson, what is the liability
owed to the searchers for the Golden Unicorn?

	If HT still has the searcher cards, we could fairly do
the draw, and award $10,000 and a golden miniature.  But 
what if the searcher cards were all destroyed?
