(TFT) Rend/Crippling Hits

Well, actually Crippling Hits (AM:21) pretty closely defines breaking bones
TFT-style. I dont think that spells that duplicated these effects (as long
as they were high enough IQ) would be too unbalancing. Why re-invent
bone-breaking?

Actually - when I look at them - I agree, I think it is a better option to
stick onto the spell.
