(TFT) TSD Decryption Help

Greetings!

I've been soloing thru Treasure of the Silver Dragon once again, and, of
course, came across these encoded messages:

WYLU CU BYRUHJO EH WYLU CU TUQJX
7GO OACX4 XHKO U5Z2NPK4C IKNG3 XE6WY RB2AU NU4 8

I think that at one time I knew what they said, but I have completely
forgotten, and my cryptography skills have dwindled greatly.

Does anyone know the translation, or a reference to the translation?
