-meaty talent! Does the adjDX have to stay at 15 or above?

Is there all round support for this one (I must admit its a good one for
heroes to get something back on wizards)

Well, I didn't write it (cb=Craig Brown) but my personal ruling is that ALL
of the talents with DX requires mean that they had better be yoru CURRENT
adjDX. Otherwise you get Sleight of Hand magicians wearing plate mail. 

I've also used this for monsters ignoring the DX requirement so it could go
either way!
