But this does provide balance. One of the problems with military wizards on
the battlefield is ST. It's pretty limited without large batteries,
apprentices, etc. On the other hand, a regular hero can keep swinging that
sword all day. So they are somewhat limited because they can produce only a
relative few, admittedly powerful, effects or attacks.
