(TFT) Crippling Hits
In Advanced Melee, p. 21 it says that a CRIPPLING HIT can occur on a To-Hit
roll of 3, 4, 5, or 6.
Now on page 9 it says that when ROLLING FOR A HIT, a roll of 5 always
hits, regardless of DX. 4 hits and does double damge and 3 hits and does
triple damage.
So is the Crippling Hit chance of "6" a mistake? Or does it mean that IF
you hit on a roll of 6, you still do normal damage, but have a chance of a
Crippling Hit. This makes sense because it would be the only way that you
could do low damge, but still 'break someones arm' for example.
What do you think?
