That's the one.

It is also interesting to note that, while engaged, you have to get
initiative to get a rear shot in without the victim making a mistake. Take
the case where 2 characters engage 1. If he moves last, he'll shift (by
turning only) out of the rear shot. Even in 3, 4 and 5 on 1. So Tactics and
Strategy have an unusual effect. It's harder to get a rear shot.
