At the 4th hex of movement, Homan is engaged (he 
is in one of Dwarr's front hexes) but Dwarr is not 
(he is not in one of Homan's front hexes).

At least, thats how I think the engagement rules 
are stated.  I don't have a rule book handy, so I
can't verify that.
