Then I'd warp Quiver of Replenishment, and instead of the quiver
returning its arrow whenever you reach for it, a leather band or ring or
glove could return its blade whenever you close your hand just so. 
Given the relative utility of thrown weapons vs missles in TFT, I don't
think I'd be giving away the store if as a GM I went this way.
