I'm pretty sure it would exert 10 N on your hand.
1 N = 1 kg-m/s/s.
Put another way, something that weighs 1 lb. also "weighs" about 4.5 N.
On Earth, (~10 m/s/s), 1 kg weighs 2.2 lbs.

You may want to make Figments stand up to anything less than 10 N.
