My idea about summoning involved folded space like a slingshot to a poiht
where the creature (myrmidon/bear) was and creating an exact
matter-duplicate more solid than an illusion. The specificity of the spell
comes from the imprint that the folded space bit of reality has to look
for - hence the exactness.
I remember wondeing if SJ had meant the bug -warrior myrmidons  rather than
the humans inthe first place but there had been a mistake somewhere in
transcription
