Given how specialized they can be, I can imagine H-op "floaters",
perhaps three hexes in size, that have air sacs built into them.
One could maybe support the weight of several warriors, a number
of them could float a queen.  Perhaps when a migration by water
is in order, a batch of floaters is bred.  Nests in locations
vulnerable to flood might keep a few on hand for emergencies.
